摘要
本文应用Ｃ^(＋＋)语言，开发了铸件质量保证系统专家系统的数据分析模块同时实现打印功能。该模块包括投产情况、报废原因分析、质量指标考核、废品缺陷主次图及打印五个部分。数据分析模块在确定影响质量的主要因素，定量统计分析铸件缺陷方面提供有效的管理方法。同时大大提高技术人员的工作效率。
The data analysis module of casting quality assurance expert system was developed by C++ language in this paper and the type function was performed at the same time. The module involved production conditions. analysis of disabled reasons .qualiy index check.defect primary and junior charts and type part. It providedthe effective managing methods for quantitative analysis of casting de fests and determimimg the main factors. Theefficiency of foundrymen was increased markedly.
