摘要
本文针对卧式离心铸造浇注过程中气体浸入金属液的机制提出了一种新的见解,从而得到了一种能有效消除离心铸件气孔缺陷的浇注方法。
in this paper,a new idea is suggested to explain the mechanism for gas to intrude into molten metalIn horizontal centrifugal casting. Based upon this idea,a special pouring method has been obtained,which can effectively prevent the gashole defects in horizontal centrifugal castings.
