用低压铸造工艺压制摩托车减震筒，是减震筒制造领域的高新技术。而低压铸模是采用此项技术的工装保证。因上，对减震筒低压铸造模具的结构特点与动作程序，结构技术要领及操作技术要点作一番探索具有重要的意义。
That damping barrels are shaped by low-pressure die-casting technology is a new high technology in the field of barrel's manufacturing. Furthermore, low-pressure die-casting is the technological assurance for adopting this technology. Therefore, it is meaningful to find out the main points of the die structural features, action procedure, structural and operation technologies.
