摘要
研究了碳(石墨)纤维增强铝基复合材料(C(Gr)/A1)制备工艺及其对力学性能的影响。研究表明,在冷却速度较慢的条件下纤维表面涂软C层对提高C/Al性能意义不大,纤维束中混杂SiC颗粒可使力学性能有一定提高。在相同工艺制备条件下,Gr/Al的强度显著高于C/Al,原因在于Gr纤维稳定性较高。C/Al复合材料制备的关键是控制脆性化合物Al4C3的形成。
Fabrication techniques of C(Gr)/AI composites by vacuum pressure infiltration (VPI) and their effecton mechanical properties have been researched in this work. The results showed that under the condition of slow cool-ing ,carbon fiber could pot be protected by surface CVD C-coating. Hybridizing SiCr into carbon fiber could more or lessimprove the strength of the C/AI composites. The the Gr/AI composites showed much higher strength than that of C/AIcomposites because the chemical compatibility of Gr fiber with AI was beetter than that of carbon fiber. The key problemin fabricating of the C/Al composites is to control the formation of brittle compound AI.C,.[
