摘要
在试验基础上,对碳化硅颗粒增强铝基复合材料搅拌铸造工艺中的4个关键问题进行了研究,提出了相应的解决方法,优化了工艺参数。在此基础上,制备出了颗粒分布均匀、组织致密、性能较理想的SiCp/Al复合材料,对复合材料制备工艺的实际应用具有指导意义。
Four key problems of stir mixing process of SiCp/Al composites have been investigated experimently in this paper. The resolution and optimised process parameters have been proposed. The SiCp/Al composites which processes well distributed Sic partiels, fine microstructures and good properties were fabricated by the optimized process.
