摘要
有效预警绝缘子污闪是确保电网安全的重要措施之一,但目前对预警判据缺乏系统研究,为此以XP-160和LXY4-160为试品进行了试验并根据试验结果依次采用希尔伯特变换法、直方图非参数估计法和泄漏电流水平穿越行为(LCA)法分析了污秽绝缘子泄漏电流特征;提出了泄漏电流包络线的分布特征能表征泄漏电流总体发展规律;建立了污秽绝缘子闪络判断准则。研究表明:XP-160绝缘子泄漏电流幅值>135mA的统计时间>93ms(即τ135=93ms)、而LXY4-160绝缘子泄漏电流幅值>110mA的统计时间>105ms(即τ110=105ms)时可发生污闪。试验结果验证了污秽绝缘子闪络判断准则的正确性,因此,可以利用该方法进行绝缘子污闪预警。
The characters of leakage current XP-160 and LXY4-160 insulator strings are investigated by Hilbert transform,non-parametric density estimating through the histogram method and the level crossing activity based on the test results. It is put forward that the distributing characteristic of leakage current's envelop includes the development rule of leakage current. The flashover prediction criterion is found based on above analysis,such as,to XP-160,τ135 is 93 mS,indicating that the mean time duration for the leakage current envelop staying above 135 mA at which will sufficiently cause flashover is 93 mS; to LXY4-160,τ110 is 105 mS,indicating that the mean time duration for the leakage current envelop staying above 110 mA at which will sufficiently cause flashover is 105 mS. The predicting results accord with the test results,so it is feasible to predict flashover on polluted insulator strings by this method.
