摘要
在分析导板对新型Hy-Vo齿形链装配与受力影响的基础上,提出可以通过合理设计导板形状及参数的方法有效补偿链条的装配间隙。分析研究了在拉伸过程中不同形状导板的伸长变化量,提出了蝴蝶状导板的设计方法,并通过实验验证了蝴蝶状导板能够使链条在承受较小拉力作用下有效补偿装配间隙,使销轴与工作链板充分接触、共同承载,从而改变新型Hy-Vo齿形链的受力状态。研究结果证明了新的设计方法的合理性,为导板的设计提供了重要依据。
Based on the assembly of a new type Hy-Vo silent chain and force analysis,a concept that the assembly clearance of chain can be compensated by reasonable shape design and the guide plate parameters was introduced.Elongation variables of the guide plates with different shapes in elongating procedure were analyzed and researched,and a new design method of butterfly-shape guide plate was proposed.By experiments the conclusion that butterfly-shape guide plate can compensate assembly clearance with smaller tension of chain is obtained.During that process,the pin and working plates can fully contact and bear the load together so that the bearing situation of the new Hy-Vo silent chain is also changed.The method is proved to be reasonable,from which important evidence for guide plate design can be acquired.
