摘要
本文介绍炼钢过程采用铝硅铁复合脱氧剂替代金属铝脱氧,不仅提高了脱氧效率、减少钢中夹杂物,有利于提高钢的纯洁度,并具有明显的经济效益,可以转入正常生产及推广应用。
This paper introduces the application of compound deoxidizer of Al-Si-Fe in steelmaking process in stead of Al metal deoxidizer. Using such a compound deoxydizer not only improves deoxidization efficiency, reduces inclusions in steel and improves steel purity, but also has outstanding economic benefits. Therefore, it is adopted in the actual production and popularized.
