摘要 本文扼要论述了马氏体—贝氏体双相钢热处理工艺的现代发展概况、分为连续冷却和等温淬火的复相热处理两大类、对复相热处理的工艺过程、显微组织与亚结构、力学性能的对比、强韧化机制、生产应用的效益以及有待研究的课题等问题作了介绍。 A brief discussion has been made on recent development of heat-treatment techniques for martensite-bainite dual phase steels. It may be divided into two categories,i.e., dual phase heat-treatment by continuous (or control) cooling and isothermal quenching. The paper also presents the phase transformation, microstructure and substructure, mechanical properties, strengthening and toughening mechanism and research topics to be conducted.
