摘要
研究了稀土元素对大型热轧辊钢60CrMnMo热疲劳性能的影响。结果表明,在试验范围内稀土元素大幅度提高60CrMnMo钢热疲劳抗力,当稀土元素加入量为0.05%~0.10%时热疲劳抗力达到峰值;夹杂物是热疲劳裂纹的主要发源地;稀土元素对夹杂物的净化和变质作用减缓了裂纹发生发展的进程,改善了热疲劳性能。
A study of the effect of RE(Rare Earths)addition on thermal fatigue property of 60CrMnMo has been undertaken The results showed that thermal fatigue resistance of the steel is increased obviously and reaches its top value with a RE addition of 0 05 %~ 0 10 % Acting as main nucleuses of network cracks,the inclusions are reduced and modified in morphology and distribution due to the addition of RE and therefore initiation and propagation of the cracks can be delayed
