摘要
本文探索了用两种廉价的固体渗硼剂,对45、40Cr钢作渗硼处理:渗后采用正火,淬火+低回,共晶化处理三种工艺。结果表明:硼酸、硼砂、石墨粉为主要成份的渗硼剂,具有良好渗速、易获得Fe_2B组织,有一定重复使用性能。渗硼后共晶化处理使“脆断脆性”和“剥落脆性”均有改善。
45 and 40Cr steels were boronized with two cheap solid boronizing agents. Normalizing, quenching plus low temperature tempering and eutecticure were adopted after being boronized. Results have demonstrated that the boronizing agent with boric acid, borax and powdered graphite as its major components has advantages of good boronizing rate, easily obtaining Fe_2B structures and reusability. The eutecticum after being boronized can improve the brittle fracture and strippling brittleness.
