摘要
目的探索氯胺酮临床应用及研究进展。方法通过查阅国内外公开发表的相关研究资料、文献,进行深入地分析、归纳与总结,进而全面展现国内外医学界对氯胺酮的临床应用成果及研究进展。结果氯胺酮在临床应用中具有脑保护、抗炎、抗休克、麻醉、解除支气管痉挛等多种生物活性,并且存在某些不良反应。结论在现代临床医学中,氯胺酮临床应用广泛且极具开发前景,值得进一步深入研究。
Objective Explore the clinical application and research of ketamine. Methods Published by access to domestic and foreign research data, literature, in-depth analysis, conclusion and summary, and then fully demonstrate the medical profession at home and abroad on the clinical application of ketamine results and research progress. Results Clinical application of ketamine in brain protection, anti-inflammatory, anti-shock, anesthesia, relieve bronchial spasms and other biological activities, and there are some adverse side effects. Conclusion In modern clinical medicine, ketamine is widely used and highly clinical development prospects, it is worth further study.
