摘要
本文介绍电炉炼钢开发应用碳化硅新型脱氧剂的情况。试用表明,碳化硅脱氧效果好,钢材性能不亚于原工艺生产,且有节能、减少耐材消耗等优点,是替代紧缺而价昂的Fe—Si、Ca—Si的良好脱氧剂。
The development and application of the new deoxidizer SiC in electric arc furnace steelmaking are studied in the paper. The results on probation indicate that, a good effect on deoxidation can be obtained by use of SiC, and the properties of steel products are not inferior to those of steel produced by traditional operation. Furthermore, the amounts of electric energy and refractory consumed can decrease by use of SiC for deoxidation. with those advantages, SiC is a really good substitute for the short and expensive deoxidizer like Fe-Si and Ca-Si
