摘要
针对使用现有模具对防尘盖压盖时，合格率不理想的问题进行分析，设计了一种新模具，介绍其结构特点和工作原理。该模具使用效果良好，可以提高合格率，降低轴承成本。附图４ 幅。
The paper analyzes the problem that qualified rate isnt ideal when using current mould die to compress shield on bearing and design a new mould and die. The paper further introduces structure properties and working principle of new mould and die. Which has good application effect, may increase qualified rate and decrease bearing cost
