膨胀加强带对某超长钢筋混凝土框架厂房温度效应的影响 被引量:2

摘要 在超长钢筋混凝土框架结构中,变温的作用常常导致混凝土梁和楼板的开裂。采用SAP2000有限元软件,对某一超长钢筋混凝土框架结构厂房结构进行合理简化,并建立其相应的有限元模型,对其在最不利温变情况下的温度效应进行分析。根据有限元计算的结果,提出通过合理布置膨胀混凝土加强带的措施来降低混凝土楼板的温度效应,对采用4种不同膨胀率的膨胀带的超长框架结构在极端温差条件下进行计算和比较。结果表明,膨胀混凝土加强带能够有效减小混凝土楼板的温度应力,预防混凝土的开裂,提高结构的耐久性能,为该工程的无缝设计提供可借鉴的方法。 For over-long concrete frame structures,temperature loading often leads to crack formation of the beams and slabs. In view of a practical engineering,temperature effect of an over-long frame structure under the severest temperature condition was analyzed with the software of SAP2000. Based on the analytical results,the application of expansion reinforcing strips was proposed to decrease the temperature effects of the frame structure. In the calculations,the expansion reinforcing strips with four different expansion coefficients were employed in the modeling. The results demonstrate that expansion reinforcing strips can efficiently reduce the first principal stress of concrete slabs and possibly avoid occurrence of cracks in the slabs,enhancing the durability of the frame structure with super long span.
