摘要
目的研究制备聚丙烯酰胺胶乳的方法,并为工业生产提供依据.方法以氧化还原体系为引发剂,Span-80,Op-4为乳化剂,采用反相乳液聚合工艺.用溴化法测定单体转化率,用粘度法测定聚合物的相对分子质量.讨论反应时间、引发剂用量、油水比等因素对转化率、相对分子质量和胶乳稳定性的影响.结果用两种方法得到了转化率大于98%,相对分子质量大于300万的稳定胶乳.
Aim\ To study the synthesis method of polyacrylamide and provide basis for industrialization. Methods\ Initiated by redox system and in the presence of emulsifier Span 80 and Op 4, the polymerization of acrylamide inverse emulsion was performed. Monomeric percentage of conversion measured by bromination and average molecular weight measured by viscosity method are also carried out. The effects on comprehensive performance of the polyacrylamide and polymeric technique are discussed. Results\ Percentage of conversion more than 80 percent and average molecular weight not less than 3×10 6 have been obtained by two kinds of methods. Conclusion\ The amount of initiator and ratio between oil and monomer affects remarkably the average molecular weight of polymer.
