摘要
根据部分实测数据，从力学分析、扭振的影响、断口检验及裂纹的评定等方面对扁头断裂的原因进行了分析。认为扭振、疲劳裂纹及材质是导致万向接轴扁头断裂的主要原因。
Based on part of the measured data, the author analyzes the breakage from the influence of mechanics and torque, and by the break inspection and fracture evaluation. The result shows that torque, fatigue crack and material are the main reasons for the breakage.
