摘要
针对目前实体造型CAD软件中存在的实体造型误差,本文提出了插值法和最小二乘法拟合误差,比例法、递减法和递推法进行误差补偿的方法。经过分析比较,最小二乘法具有公式简单、拟合效果良好等优点。在误差拟合的基础上,分析比较了三种误差补偿方法的优缺点和各自的适用范围,比较满意地将误差缩小到一定范围之内。
Aimed at the errors of entity modelling now existing in the CAD software of entity modelling this paper put forward the interpolation method and the least square method to fit the errors,and the methods for carrying out error compansation using the ways of proportion,prograsive decrease and recurrence.Through analysis and comparison we think that the least square method possesses the advantages of simple in formulation and good in effect of fitting.On the basis of error fitting,the virtues and defects of these three kinds of error compansation method and the respective range of suitability are being analyzed and compared,thus the errors will be satisfactorily reduced within a certain range.
