摘要
阳明胃喘是喘证的一个类型，主要是由于胃腑的病变引起的喘促症状，历代经书中都已提及，现代教科书的喘证分类中少有此分型，在经络生理中，足阳明胃、手阳明大肠与肺相连，在病理反应中互相影响，该型引起喘证的病理机制与胃气上逆、腑气不通、经气逆乱、运气失调有关，抓住喘的内在脏腑经络病变，有助于提高喘证的辨证论治效果。
Yangming Weichuan is a type of asthma, it is asthma leaded to pathological changes of stomach belly, ancient classics have been mentioned, the asthma of modern textbooks don＇t have this classification, Zuyang Mingwei and Shouyang Mingda-chang connected with lung, they were affect each other in pathological reaction, the pathogenesis of asthma was associated with Weiqi Shangni, Feiqi Butong, Jingqi Niluan, Yunqi Shitiao, to seize the internal organs and meridians lesions of asthma is contribute to improve the effect of treatment in differentiation.
