摘要
系统地分析了有杆泵抽油系统的地面抽油机的能量损耗和电机的能量损耗的发生规律,指出了造成各部分损失功率的因素,分析了抽油机井地面损失功率的构成,提出了抽油机井地面损失功率的计算方法,从理论上推导出了抽油机井地面损失功率的计算公式,实践证明了该计算方法的普遍适用性,为理论计算抽油井输入功率提供了重要基础,对提高机采系统效率具有指导意义。
The law of energy losses of surface beam pumping units and motors used in sucker-rod pumping systems was analyzed systemically,the factors causing surface energy losses of all parts were pointed out,the structure of the surface power losses was analyzed,a method for calculating the surface power loss was presented.A formula for calculating the surface power losses was derived theoretically.Application shows that the method is practical,it provides an important basis fortheoretical calculating the imput power of pumping wells and a guidance for improving the efficiency of well pumping.
