摘要
目的：探讨钬激光碎石术的手术配合及护理体会。方法：回顾性分析我院2009年12月-2010年6月25例患者钬激光的手术护理过程。结果：25例钬激光碎石手术进行顺利，碎石成功率97．3％，患者不良反应少，术后恢复快，住院时间短。结论：钬激光碎石手术安全性、取石成功率高。规范化的术前访视、精确的专业配合、科学的术中术后护理是保证手术效果的重要环节。
Objective： To investigate the hohnium laser lithotripsy with surgery and nursing. Method ：A retrospective analysis of our hospital in December 2009 -2010 in June holmium laser surgery patients the nursing process. Results： 25 patients with holmium laser surgery goes well, the success rate of 97.3% gravel, less adverse reactions in patients, rapid postoperative recovery, shorter hospital stay. Conclusion： Holmium laser surgery safe, stone success rate. Standardized preoperative interview, with the precision of professional, scientific and postoperative care is an important part of ensuring effective operation.
