摘要 利用３ＨＴｄＲ标记ＤＮＡ合成的方法研究了外加植物生长调节剂和钙调素对白芷悬浮培养细胞增殖的影响．ＭＳ培养基中有和无植物生长调节剂时，钙调素对细胞增殖的促进效应分别为４１％和４３％． The effects of extracellular phytohormone and calmodulin on proliferation of Angelica dahurica cells was studied by the method of 3H TdR labeled DNA synthesis.Percentage of cell proliferation induced by calmodulin were 41% and 43% under the conditions of with or without phytohormone.All these results suggested that the effects of extracellular calmodulin on cell proliferation might have nothing to do with phytohormone in the medium.
