摘要
部分解决了文献［１］中提出的一个公开问题，通过相应地减弱Ｔ与Ｌ的条件并结合Ｔ与Ｌ，得到了τＴ。
Solve a open problem in partly.By weakening the condition on T and L respectively and combining T and L ,obtain the conditions on T and L that are both necessary and sufficient for τ T,L to be a weakly T function.
