摘要
为了提高交通枢纽设备的维修管理水平,降低事故发生率,将有计划维修保养理念应用于交通枢纽的设备维修管理中,并根据其特点建立适合于交通枢纽运营的设备有计划维修管理系统。在设备自定义编码的基础上,建立巡查与维修、计划维修与临时维修、内修与外修相结合的业务流程,采用执行、制定、监督三个任务实施层次,实现交通枢纽设备有计划维修保养。这对于其他领域设备维修保养体系的建立也是一个很好的借鉴。
To improve the maintenance and organization level, decrease the accident rate for the transportation hub. Planned Maintenance System（PMS）is successfully applied to transportation hub. Combined with the transportation hub＇s characters, a equipment planned maintenance system is established. Based on custom codes of the device, a business procedure was built to combine the inspection, planned maintenance, self-repair with repairs, temporary repairs, external repairs respectively. The system adopted the three levels including implementation, designment, supervision to realize the business management. The system provides a good reference to planned maintenance in other fields.
