摘要
双十二烷基二苯醚双磺酸钠在低浓度时有正辛醇、正庚烷、盐存在的情况下能形成中相微乳液.采用正交试验确定了中相微乳液的最佳组成:m(自制表面活性剂)为0.253g,m(正辛醇)为0.411g,m(NaCl)为0.232g,蒸馏水(水相)5mL,正庚烷(油相)5mL.考察了中相微乳液制备过程中的电导率变化和温度对中相微乳液稳定性的影响.探讨了脱油温度、脱油时间以及含油污泥处理量对含油污泥中原油脱除率的影响.实验结果表明:随温度的升高和时间的延长,处理油泥质量的减小,脱油率都有一定的增加,最佳条件下含油污泥中原油脱除率可达98.9%,并探讨脱油机理.
Under low concentration and the existence of n-octanol,heptane and brine,dialkyldiphenyl ether disulfonate,a novel ionic surfactant,can form middle phase microemulsion.The best composition of the middle-phase microemulsion is determined using orthogonal experiments:ionic surfactant,octanol,NaCl,distilled water,heptane are 0.253 g,0.411 g,0.232 g,5 mL,5 mL respectively.The variation of electric conductivity in the preparation process of the middle-phase microemulsion and the influence of temperature on the stability of the middle-phase microemulsion are studied.The influences of treatment temperature,treatment time and the amount of the oily sludge on oil removing rate are discussed.The results show that the oil removing oil rate will increase a little with the increase of the treatment temperature and time and with the decrease of the amount of the oily sludge.The oil removing rate can reach to 98.9% under the optimum conditions of treatment,temperature and the amount of oily sludge.The oil removing mechanism of the middle phase microemulsion is also discussed.
