羟乙基淀粉对凝血功能和血小板功能的影响 被引量:1

The effects of 6% HES infusion on function of platelet and coagulation

摘要 目的:探讨6%羟乙基淀粉对凝血功能和血小板功能的影响。方法:选择腹腔镜胆囊切除患者30例,在术中予6%羟乙基淀粉1000ml的输注,分别在输注前、输注500ml、1000ml时分别自肘贵要静脉采血2ml测定:①血小板功能指标:血小板计数(P1t)、血小板1min聚集率(PAG1)、3min聚集率(PAG3)和最大聚集率(PAGM);②凝血功能指标:凝血酶原时间(PT)、凝血酶时间(TT)、部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)和纤维蛋白原浓度(Fib)。结果:所有患者均无过敏反应,输入500ml、1000ml后,Plt、PAG1、PAG3、TT、APTT、Fib均无明显变化。至1000ml时,PAGM低于输注前,PT与输注前相比下降(P<0.05)。结论:静注500-1000ml 6%HES,对凝血功能影响不大,可安全用于术中扩容。 Objeetive To observe the effects of 6% HES infusion on function of platelet and coagulation.Methods 30 laparoscopie cholecys- teetomy patients were infused with 1000ml 6%HES (200/0.5).The venous blood samples were eoUeeted before and after infusion 500ml and 1000ml for the measurements of the following pararneters:(1) platelet count; platelet aggregation rate at 1,3 vain and maximal platelet aggregation rate;(2)prothrombin time(PT);thrombin time(TT);activated partial thromboplastin time(APTT);fibrinogen concentration(Fib).Results There were no significant changes in platelet count, platelet aggregation rate,TT,APT and Fib. PAGM and PT after infusion 1000ml 6%HES was obviously longer than that before infusion.Conelusion HES 500-1000ml infusion could improve blood theology and has no significant effect on blood coagulation.
