摘要
以常规品种特青作对照,分别测定了特青、低温敏感核不育材料N10S、N13S,在花粉母细胞形成期和花粉母细胞减数分裂期不同育性条件下的叶片和幼穗花药的细胞色素氧化酶的活性,并进行了统计学分析———两因素方差分析(F检验)及平均数的Duncan多重比较.结果表明,在育性敏感的2个时期,N10S和N13S不育株幼穗花药的细胞色素氧化酶的活性极显著低于可育株细胞色素氧化酶的活性,N10S在育性敏感的2个时期分别为72.0%和63.2%,N13S则分别为72.1%和67.7%.这就使得不育株花药中能量供应短缺,造成物质合成等许多生命活动衰减。
The activity of cytochrome oxidase is measured with Olian hovijy method,the measurement were made for the activity of cytochrome oxidase in the leave and anther of mormal rice “Tai qin” and low thermo sensitive genic male sterile indic rice N10S and N13S during microsporocyte genesis period and microsporocyte meiosis period,meanwhile being statistically carried out an analysising,the results showing:during fertility sensitive periods,the activity of cytochrome oxidase in the anther of N10S and N13S under sterile condition is obviously lower than that under fertile condition,and seperatly 72.0%,63.2%,72.1%,67.7% that under fertile condition,it is inevitable that is lack of sufficient energy in the pollen,a series of life action,e.g. substance syntnesis will be weaken seriously,finaly resulting in pollen development abnormaly.
