摘要
本文报道β－环糊精与苯基甘氨酸超分子化合物的合成方法，以及该化合物的ＩＲ和ＵＶ光谱研究结果，并采用相溶解度法测定了其生成常数．
The supermolecular adduct involving β cyclodextrin (β CD) and phenylglycine has been synthesized for the first time and characterized by UV and UR.Its formation constant K C was quantitatively determined by using phase solubility method.
