CO_2气腹对老年患者呼吸循环功能影响的研究进展 被引量:11

摘要 腹腔镜手术具有创伤小、术后康复快等优点,目前已广泛应用于临床。由于二氧化碳(CO2)气腹可使呼吸循环系统发生变化,并且老年患者对手术的耐受性较差,老年患者腹腔镜手术的危险性明显高于中青年。本文就国内外腹腔镜CO2气腹对老年患者呼吸循环功能影响的研究现状进行综述。
