摘要
本文应用ＡＢＰＭ检测了１０８例ＥＨ各期患者的ＡＢＰ值，比较它们与现有的动态高血压诊断标准的符合率，结果发现：ＥＨＩ－Ⅲ期患者的动态血压值与Ｗｈｉｔｅ等提出的“清醒血压＞１８．６／１２．０ｋＰａ及睡眠血压＞１６．０／１０．６ｋＰａ的总读数＞４０％”为动态高血压标准的符合率最高。提示在临床工作中采用张维忠等协作研究的ＡＢＰ正常参照值（血压均值），并同时结合Ｗｈｉｔｅ标准可作为动态高血压诊断的依据。
torry blood pressures (ABP) were measured by ambulatory blood pressure monitoring (ABPM) in22 patients with stage I essential hypertension (EH).51 patients with stagge?EH and 35 patients with stageⅢEH. The results indicated that ABP values in EH agreed with the criteria suggested by White more than of40 % of awake BP readings>18.6/12.0kPa and asleep BP readings>16.0/10.6kPa' . Therefore, the author suggestthat diagnostic criteria of ambulatory hypertension may prefer to the ABP mean values which reported by Wei-Zhong Zhang, and White's criteria.
