摘要
为研究用肉毒杆菌毒素Ａ（ＢｏｔｕｌｉｎｕｍｔｏｘｉｎＡ简称ＢＴＸＡ）治疗先天性眼球震颤的疗效，并进一步探讨其与手术等其他方法治疗该病的优缺点。采用兰州生物制品所生产的ＢＴＸＡ一定剂量注射入相应的眼外肌，比较注射前与注射后一周和一月的视功能、眼震和三级视功能，用统计学方法处理，确认该治疗是否有效。结果：注药后一月的近视力比注药前提高，有明显统计学差异。远视力的变化无明显统计学差异。注药后一月与注药前相比，３ｍ及３３ｃｍ原眼位的眼震振幅或震频降低有明显统计学差异。三级视功能在注药前后无明显统计学差异。最小震强出现的位置虽在注药前后无显著差异，但该处眼震振幅降低有显著差异。代偿头位的矫正率在注药后一月为８０％。结论：该方法治疗先天性眼球震颤有效。
Objective:To investigsate the effects of Botulinum toxin A(BTXA)on congenital nystagmus.Moreover to study the advantages and disadvantages between this treatment and others,such as operation.Methods:Puting the amount of BTXA which was producted byLan Zhou Biology Institute into corresponding extraocular muscles,comparing with the injection before and follow up one week and one month in visual acuity、ocular nystagmus and three steep visual acuity.Asuring this treatment is effective by statistic analyses.Results:The near visual acuity is increased significantly in one month follow up injection.The far visual acuity hasn’t significant chang.The nystagmus on the first position of eyes wherever 3m or 33cm before have significantly dicrease.The three steep visual acuity hasn’t significant differens.Although the positions of minimum intensity haven’t significant changs,the amplitude on these positions have significant changs.The corrective rate of corresponding head position is 80%.Conclusion:This treatment on congenital nystagmus is effective.
