摘要
目的:观察PPH术加亚甲蓝混合液注射减少环状混合痔术后肛门疼痛的临床效果。方法:74例痔病患者,均为Ⅱ期以上混合痔,年龄在21～65岁,观察组40例,对照组34例,观察组进行PPH治疗后加亚甲蓝混合液注射。结果:术后疼痛观察组与对照组明显减轻,余并发症发生率两组基本相同。结论:PPH术加亚甲蓝混合液注射可较好地减少环状混合痔术后肛门疼痛。
Objective To observe the effects of PPH with Methylene blue mixture decreasing the postoperative anal pain of mixed hemorrhoid.Method For 74 cases suffered from mixed hemorrhoid （beyond stage Ⅱ） ,aged between 21 ～ 65 years,were divided into two groups,the observation group had 40 patients,were treated by PPH with Methylene blue mixture,and the control group had 34 patients.Results The anal pain of the observation group was lighter than the control group.Conclusion The PPH with Methylene blue mixture can greatly decrease the postoperative anal pain of mixed hemorrhoid.
