摘要
箱体是齿轮变速器的主要噪声辐射件,其动态特性影响到变速器的振动和噪声,对箱体进行模态分析有利于对其进行结构改进。以某型汽车齿轮变速器箱体为研究对象,应用有限元软件完成箱体的模态分析,并进行箱体模态试验。将试验结果与模态分析结果进行对比,验证了有限元模型的正确性,为其结构的动态特性分析及改进提供理论依据。
The box is the gearbox′s main radiative component of the noise. The dynamic characteristics affect the vibration and noise of the gearbox. Modal analysis of the gearbox contributes to the improvements of the structure. Taking certain type of gearbox as a study object, the paper completed the modal analysis with finite element software and carried on the modal test of the gearbox. Comparing the model analysis results to the test results, verified the finite element model, thus provided the theoric basis to analyze its dynamic characterisitics as well as its improvement.[Ch,8 fig.2 tab.8 ref.]
