摘要
目的:比较不同术式对子宫肌瘤患者术后生活质量的影响。方法:将该院收治的97例子宫肌瘤患者按照手术方式分为两组,观察组54例采用次全子宫切除术,对照组43例采用全子宫切除术,比较分析两组患者术后的生活质量。结果:采用诺丁汉健康调查问卷(NHP)对两组患者的术后生活质量进行评价,两组患者术后生活质量均有所改善,以观察组患者生活质量更佳,组间差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:不同术式对子宫肌瘤患者术后生活质量影响不同,临床上应该根据患者病情选择适合的手术方式,以便更好地改善患者术后生活质量。
Objective：To compare the effects of different operations on the postoperative life quality of patients with hysteromyoma.Methods：97 patients with hysteromyoma were divided into two groups according to operation methods,54 cases in observation group adopted subtotal hysterectomy,and 43 cases in control group adopted total hysterectomy,the postoperative life quality of the two groups were compared and analyzed.Results：The postoperative life quality of the two groups were evaluated by Nottingham Health Survey （NHP）,the postoperative life quality of the two groups were improved,especially observation group,there was significant difference （P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The effects of different operations on postoperative life quality of patients with hysteromyoma are different,the appropriate operation methods should be chose according to degree of disease,in order to improve the quality of life in patients.
