Steffee钢板加前路植骨治疗前中柱脊柱损伤稳定性分析

摘要 目的评价后路椎弓根螺钉Steffee器械治疗脊柱前中柱损伤提供的生物力学稳定能力及前纵韧带在Steffee钢板中的作用。方法,利用传感器及电测技术,采用新鲜人体胸腰段脊柱标本,计算平均顺应系数(fs)。结果Steffee能恢复前中柱损伤的轴压、旋转稳定性,提高前屈、侧弯稳定性,前级韧带对前中柱损伤后伸、侧弯有明显力学影响。结论推荐Steffee器械治疗前中柱损伤,前纵韧带对Steffee有明显力学意义,坚强植骨是Steffee良好力学稳定性的基础。 Objective To study the three - dimensonal stability of the spine injuries of different for beated bythe Steffee transpedicular screws and Plates(Steffee) with anterior bone graff . Methods Fresh cadaveric thoracolumbar speci mens were used. They weze measared by 3 - degree of freedom electrogniometer force and displacemnt transducers the rela-tive rotational and translational displacement between T11 and L1 vertbra in the bending direction . The mean flexibility (fs)was computed. Resul In anterior and middle column of spine destroyed spinal construct, Steffee could provide good stabili-ty in comprssive loading, flexion, extension, lateral bending and rotation (P < 0.05). Conclusion Steffee can increase themechanical stability of the injuried spine ; The anterior longitudinal ligament intact is good for mechanical effciency of Setffee;Strut bone graft is he basis of the good mechanical stability of Steffee.
