摘要
目的:观察康复新液对痔术后伤口的促愈作用。方法:把66例患者随机分为两组,治疗组31例,用康复新液外敷换药;对照组35例,用甲硝唑液外敷换药。结果:治疗组伤口水肿指数(0.33±0.20),创口愈合时间(16.9±3.2)天;对照组伤口水肿指数(1.18±0.62),创口愈合时间(23.7±4.6)。两组比较有显著的差异。结论:康复新液对痔术后有促进伤口愈合的作用。
Objective： To observe the recovering effect of using the rehabilitation solution after the hemorrhoidectomy.Methods： The 66 patients were randomly divided into two groups.One is the treatment group which was made up of 31 patients.All the patients in this group using the rehabilitation solution for external application,while the other goup as the control group was made uo of 35 patients who were using the MTZ solution for external application.Results： The wound-edema index was（0.33 ± 0.20）,the wound-healing time was（16.9 ± 3.2） days of the treatment group;while the wound-edema index was（1.18 ± 0.62）,the wound-healing time was（23.7 ± 4.6） of the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups.Conclusion： The rehabilitation solution can promote wound healing.
