摘要
根据金属凝固过程中的守恒定律和传输原理,建立纤维增强铝基复合材料的凝固模型。利用所建立的模型,对Al2O3/Al-Cu合金复合材料的凝固过程进行数值模拟,研究复合材料凝固时溶质传输和分布及其对纤维/基体界面的影响。模拟结果与实验结果吻合较好。
The solidfication models of fiber reinforced aluminum matrix composite are established according to the conservation law and the transfer principle of metal solidification. Numerical simulation of solidification of Al2O3 /Al-Cu composite is given by the established models. The solute transfer and the solute distribution during solidification of the composite and its effect on the fiber/matrix interface are studied. The computed values agree reasonably with the experimental values.
