摘要
随着中国经济实力的增强,中国企业开始了向海外大规模扩张。在此扩张中,国有企业是重要的中坚力量。但在国有企业海外投资过程中,往往面临着种种困难,国有企业只有以一种长期战略眼光进行海外投资,同时增强其背后的制度支撑,才能够有效地提高海外投资的成功率和投资收益率。
Along with Chinese economic power being stronger, Chinese companies begin extending overseas extensively. In the course of overseas investing, state-owned enterprises, the most important nucleus, face varlet） of challenges more often than not. Only with a long-term overseas investing strategy and reinforced system support can Chinese state owned enterprises increase their success rate and the rate of return on investment.
