摘要
测定了高钨高硅电炉锡渣的熔点、粘度,分析了硅对电炉锡渣熔点、粘度的影响.通过物相分析、X射线衍射、电子探针等对硅在电炉锡渣以及经烟化处理后的烟化渣中的赋存状态进行较系统的研究,得出硅在高钨高硅电炉锡渣中,主要存在于铁橄榄石、金云母矿物和玻璃相中。经烟化处理后,在烟化渣中,主要存在于钙铁橄榄石、铁橄榄石及玻璃相中。即在烟化过程中,硅参与造渣反应,它与加入的碱性熔剂FeO、CaO等,大量形成低熔点的橄榄石炉渣,使烟化作业得以顺利进行。高硅的存在,使电炉渣的粘度增大,提高烟化作业的温度,增加碱性熔剂的加入量和原燃材料消耗,给烟化作业带来困难。本研究为恢复杂物料在工业上得以顺利处理提供理论基础。
Melting point and viscosity of electric furnace tin slags with high W and Si contents were determined, and effects of silicon in slags on melting point and viscosity were analyzed. The existing forms of silicon in the tin slags and its fuming slags were examined in detail by means of phase analysis X-ray diffractometer, and electron probe etc. The results show that silicon in the former exists mainly in fayalite, bronze mica and vitreous phase, and silicon in the latter is mainly in kirschsteinite,fayalite, and vitreous phase. This means that silicon participated in slag making process. It reacted with the added basic fluxes (FeO, CaO etc) to form bulk of low melting point slagS of chrysolite, resulting in a smoothly fuming process. Viscosity of tin slags and fuming temperature were raised by the high silicon content, leading to increase consumption of basic fluxes, fuel and other materials, and to make the fuming process difficult. ms study provides fundamentals for successfully commercial treatment of such complicated materials.
