扭动模式超声乳化技术在治疗小瞳孔白内障中的应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨扭动模式超声乳化治疗小瞳孔白内障的安全性和有效性。方法对29例(31眼)小瞳孔白内障患者采取扭动模式超声乳化吸出及人工晶状体植入术。术后随访1个月,观察视力、瞳孔和并发症情况。结果术后1个月,28眼视力明显提高,其中裸眼视力≥1.0者7眼,0.5~0.9者14眼,0.1~0.4者7眼,<0.1者3眼。0.1以下者因眼底病变视力与术前变化不大。所有瞳孔为圆形或类圆形,术后随访1个月无粘连发生。1眼术中后囊破裂,2眼术后局部虹膜色素轻度脱失,3眼前房纤维素样渗出,2眼角膜轻度水肿,经治疗后好转。结论扭动模式超声乳化术治疗小瞳孔白内障安全、有效,术后反应轻,并发症少。 Objective To evaluate the safety and efficacy of torsional phacoemulsification for microcoria cataract. Methods A total of 29 microcoria cataract patients ( 31 eyes ) were performed with torsional phacoemulsification and intraocular lens implantation. All patients were followed up for 1 month. Visual acuity, pupils and complications were observed. Results At postoperative 1 month,visual acuity of 28 eyes were improved significantly, and uncorrected visual acuity was 1.0 or better in 7 eyes, from 0.5 to 0.9 in 14 eyes, from 0. 1 to 0.4 in 7 eyes and less than 0. 1 in 3 eyes. For pathological changes of eye ground, postoperative visual acuity had no obvious change with preoperative visual acuity for patients with visual acuity less than 0. 1. All pupils were round or nearly round. Syncretio was not found at 1 month after following up. There were 1 eye with posterior capsule rupture intraoperatively ,2 eyes with slight loss of pigment at local iris postoperatively, 3 eyes with fibrous exudation in the anterior chamber ,2 eyes with slight corneal edema, and took a favorable change after treatment. Conclusion Torsional phacoemuisification is safe and effective,with slight postoperative reaction and fewer complications for microcoria cataract.
