摘要
研究了新型易切削贝氏体塑料模具钢(Y82)的合金设计及性能,分析了合金元素Si、S及Ca在钢中的作用。Y82钢在空冷后可得到贝氏体/马氏体复相组织,它具有良好的综合力学性能及较高的空冷淬透性。
The roles of the alloying elements such as silicon,sulfur and calcium in a free cutting bainitic die steel (Y82) with a good match of strength and toughness and high hardenability are studied.The results showed the hardenability of the steel is improved with the adding of silicon,and the shape of inclusions can be controled by calcium,thus the mechanical properties and machinability are improved
