摘要
介绍一种新型的机械进给钢管自动平头倒棱机和气动自定心平头倒棱夹具。这种平头倒棱机的切削主运动刀具进给运动由动力头内的机械结构完成。气动自定心平头倒棱夹具使夹具所夹紧的钢管中心线与平头倒棱机主轴中心线同心。
A new kind of mechanized feed steel
pipe automatic facing and chamfering machine and pneumatic auto-centring facing and chamfering
fixture is introduced. The feed motion of main motion cutter of the facing and chamfering machine
is done by mechanical structure of power unit. The pneumatic auto-centring facing and chamfering
fixture makes the central line of clamped steel pipe and main shaft of facing and chamfering
machine concentric. The degree of accuracy of internal and external chamfering after steel pipe
facing is ensured.
