摘要
绍了我国西部库鄯输油管道的建设概况，就库鄯输油管道的输油工艺和管道线路的有关技术特点作了分析。结合我国西部石油天然气管道建设的实际情况，提出了我国西部石油天然气管道建设和发展的十项对策。
The
construction outline of Kuerle-Shanshan oil transmission pipeline in western China is
introduced. The technical features of oil transmission technique and pipeline of
Kuerle-Shanshan oil transmission pipeline are analyzed. Combining the actual condition of
western oil and natural gas transmission pipeline's construction, ten countermeasures of
western oil and natural gas transmission pipeline's construction and development are
proposed, and have a certain reference and direction to western oil and natural gas
transmission pipeline's development.
