摘要
目的观察活血消斑汤治疗黄褐斑的临床疗效。方法将80例黄褐斑患者随机分为两组，治疗组40例给予活血消斑汤治疗，对照组40例服用大剂量维生素C治疗，两组均治疗4周为1个疗程，治疗2个疗程后比较两组临床疗效。结果治疗组总有效率为85．0％，对照组为47．5％，两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（x2=12．26，P〈0．01）。结论活血消斑汤治疗黄褐斑有效。
Objective To investigate the therapeutic effects of treating chloasma with Huoxue Xiaoban Decoction. Methods A total of 80 cases were randomly recruited into a control group and a treatment group, 40 cases in each group. The treatment group was treated with Huoxue Xiaoban Decoction, while the control group was treated with high dose of Vitamin C. After both groups were treated for a therapeutic course of four weeks, the therapeutic effects were compared between them. Results The total effective rate was 85.0% and 47.5% in the treatment group ands the control group respectively, showing significant difference between the two group （x2= 12.26, P〈0.01 ） . Conclusion Huoxue Xiaoban Decoction was effective in treating chloasma.
