摘要
目的观察针刺配合穴位按摩治疗术后尿潴留的临床疗效。方法将264例手术后尿潴留患者随机分为治疗组（135例）和对照组（129例），治疗组采用针刺配合穴位按摩治疗，对照组施导尿法。结果治疗组总有效率为97．04％，对照组为77．52％，两组总有效率比较，差异有统计学意义（x2=28．657，P〈0．01）；两组首次排尿时间比较，差异有统计学意义（t=-14．552，P〈0．01）。结论针刺配合穴位按摩治疗术后尿潴留疗效优于常规疗法。
Objective To explore an effective therapy for post-operative urine retention. Methods A total of 264 cases were randomly recruited into a intervention group （135 cases） and a control group （129 cases）. The intervention group was treated with acupuncture and acupoints massage, and the control group was treated with conventional therapy. Results The total effective rate of was 97.04% and 77.52% in the intervention group and the control group respectively, showing significant difference （2＂2=28.657, P〈0.01）; The average time for the first time urination of two groups was 24.38min and 35.41 rain respectively, also showing significant difference （t= -14.552, P〈0.01）. Conclusion Acupuncture and acupoints massage was an effective way for the treatment of post-operative urinary retention.
