摘要
本文介绍了一种新型废PVB改性酚醛树脂的制造技术。然后，详细阐述了改性酚醛树脂在树脂切割砂轮中的应用。经使用验证，与传统的同样砂轮相比，砂轮回转强度提高了10％，切割效率提高了16％，并且用该树脂制成的砂轮成本降低了5％。
This paper presented a new type of PVB-waste modified phenolic resin, descrided in detai the application of modified phenolic in resinoid cutting disc. The cutting efficiency is increased by 11%. The revolving strength is in creaed by 10%, and the wheel cost accounting is decreased hy 5%.
