摘要
在分析原有自动称重设备和粉粒状物料性能的基础上,完成了整个设备的总体改造方案。对原有的设备施行了3项改进措施,采用了螺杆定量挤出和称重传感器修正相结合的控制方式,提高了称重的精度和速度。改造后的控制系统以PLC为核心,提高了系统的控制精度和稳定性,增强了系统的可扩展性,为企业创造了良好的经济效益。
On the basis of the original automatic weighing equipment and the performance of granular material,the authors completed the scheme for overall transformation of the equipment.Three measures of improvement were implemented to the original equipment,and the weighing accuracy and speed were improved by the control method that combines quantitative screw extruder with load cell amendment.PLC was taken as the core for the control system after transformation,the control accuracy and scalability of system was improved,the expansibility of system was enhanced,and excellent economic benefit was created for enterprises.
