摘要 广播式自动相关监视ADS-B是国际民航组织推荐的CNS/ATM系统中进行空管监视的重要手段。在我国使用ADS-B提供ADS-B管制服务也是新一代交通运输系统发展的必然趋势。论证提供管制间隔的安全性是实施ADS-B管制服务必需的前提。根据国际民航组织(ICAO)DOC9689-AN/953《确定最小间隔标准的空域规划方法手册》,应用与基准系统比较的方法,获得二次雷达的关键性指标的临界值,通过CAP模型进行评估论证,证明了使用ADS-B在终端区实施3海里的间隔标准能够达到ICAO提出的安全标准。 The automatic dependent surveillance broadcast ADS-B is strongly recommended by ICAO CNS/ATM systems to provide air traffic surveillance control.In China the use of ADS-B to provide ADS-B control service is the inevitable trend in the construction of new generation of traffic and transport system.To implement the ADS-B control services,the safety demonstration of some surveillance separation is the necessary prerequisite.According to the International Civil Aviation(ICAO) DOC9689-AN/953 "Manual of Airspace Planning Methodology for The Determination of Separation Minima",this document applies the method compared with the reference system,It accesses a key indicator of the secondary radar to get the critical threshold value.Through the CAP comparative assessment model,it is argued for the use of ADS-B to implement surveillance air traffic control in the terminal area with 3 nautical miles of separation Minima.The result is its achievement in the ICAO safety standards for surveillance air traffic control.
