摘要
ＳＥＡ方法的一个重要特征是可全面、灵活地进行系统效能分析．本文在前述文章中建立的Ｃ３Ｉ系统效能模型基础上，进一步阐述了Ｃ３Ｉ系统（结构、参数等）、环境、使命等因素影响系统效能的途径及其分析方法，并附有实例．文章最后指出了ＳＥＡ方法中仍需要解决的问题．
SEA method is convenient to analyse of effectiveness in all aspects, this is one of its important features. On the basis of preceding papers, this paper go on to expounds different kinds of factors (such as system structure, environment, system mission) that influence system effectiveness and provides some analytic method and instances. At last, the paper proposes some problems that are not solved in SEA method.
