本文研究了掺杂Li_2O的SrTiO_3陶瓷材料的介电特性(温度范围为77~280K)。Li_2O的掺杂量为0.25~5mol%。实验结果发现,随着掺入量的增加,介电温度特性也有相应的变化。但与纯SrTiO_3陶瓷相比,杂质的掺入对介电常数的增加是有利的。对不同掺杂的SrTiO_3材料的扫描电子显微镜及红外光谱研究表明,随掺入量的增加,晶粒尺寸逐渐增大,而掺入少量杂质离子,并没有改变原来陶瓷材料中的Sr—O,Ti—O基团的网络结构。
Dielectric properties of ceramic materials SrTiO_3 doped with Li_2O have been studied(in the temperature range from 77 K to 280 K). The doping content Li_2O varies from 0.25 mol% to 5 mol%. The changes of dielectric-temperature properties corresponding to the increase of doping content are shown in the experiment results. Doping is beneficial to the increase of dielectric constant, compared with pure ceramics SrTiO_3. The SEM and IR investigations of various doped SrTiO_3 show that grain sizo increases with the increase of doping content. The network structure of Sr—O and Ti—O groups in starting ceramic materials is not changed by doping with a few ions.
